quietal.es is an informational site for a business project under development. No services are sold through this website, no online contracting takes place, and no payments are processed. The information published, including prices, is indicative only: it does not constitute a contractual offer or binding commitment.

The company that will provide the services is pending incorporation. Once incorporated, this notice will be updated with the registered company name, tax identification number and address, in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

About published prices

The amounts shown on this site are reference estimates subject to revision. The final scope and price of any service would be set out, where applicable, in a written contract following an initial audit of the residence.

Activity and limits

Quietal coordinates maintenance and household operations. It does not provide private security services — guarding, protection, custody of goods or alarm response — an activity reserved under Spanish Law 5/2014 of 4 April on Private Security to registered firms and licensed personnel. It does not carry out real estate brokerage.

Intellectual property

The content, brand and graphic elements of this site belong to Quietal unless otherwise stated.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.
