What we process

What you provide in the contact form: name, email, phone if given, the type of enquirer you select, and the content of your message.

Why

Solely to answer your enquiry. No contracting takes place through this site. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

For the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If no contractual relationship arises, twelve months from last contact.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. We use technology providers acting as processors (web hosting and form handling) under Article 28 GDPR agreements.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Clients

During service delivery we process additional information (inventories, access records, issues). That processing is governed by the privacy annex to the contract, with a processor agreement, access matrix, retention policy and breach notification protocol.
